The Manager, Healthcare Quality Data Analytics will manage all aspects of clinical quality data, including data collection, analysis, interpretation, submission, and reporting. This role utilizes the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other resources to develop dashboards and scorecards, performs data validation and analysis, and prepares timely data harvests. The position involves interpreting data for senior management to support decision-making and strategic planning, and facilitating communication with clinical teams to identify patients, verify criteria, and support improvement initiatives. The role also manages the process of clinical care pathways, collaborates with providers and clinicians for documentation compliance, and works with Quality Data and Analytics and Clinical IT Teams to integrate clinical data into the EHR and develop reports. Additionally, the Manager runs queries for performance analytics, uses clinical databases and benchmarking for outcome improvement and cost reduction identification, facilitates reporting of care transformation data, creates customized reports and dashboards, assists with data audits, evaluates data merging opportunities, adheres to data definitions, and supports quality team members in data interpretation. The role also involves participating in annual meetings, completing data abstraction training, preparing physician performance reports, monitoring quality metrics for improvement recommendations, preparing briefings, following up on action items, and resolving data integrity issues.
