The Supervisory Clinical Operation Analyst is responsible for the implementation, management, and sustainability of assigned departments and projects. Demonstrates the skill of leading and coordinating large operational projects with impacts in excess of $10M. This position leads a team of COA’s, Sr. COA’s and/or administrative fellows aligned with the medical group and operations. This individual ensures projects are completed on time and that each project has a clear path to sustaining the changes to ensure that high efficiencies are continued. Responsible for project communication and management of numerous internal and external stakeholders and regularly provides and disseminates project analysis, assignments, timelines, and progress reports to various levels of leadership, as appropriate. You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or health-related field from an accredited institution
  • 5+ years of experience in a clinical project management role or 5+ years of healthcare experience functioning in a lead capacity managing multiple, highly complex projects or 1+ years of experience as a KSC Admin Fellow and four (4) years’ experience as KSC Clinical Operation Analyst
  • Strong working knowledge of healthcare
  • Skilled user of MS Products software application, including, but not limited to Excel, Power Point, Word
  • Proven solid project management, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills
  • Proven solid communication skills with strong negotiation skills and ability to lead without authority
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, with competing priorities
  • Proven capable of working independently or with minimum supervision
  • Proven ability to analyze data and provide synopsis
  • Proven ability to solve problems in a complex, multi-functional group
  • Proven ability to create a trusting, positive, and supportive work environment
  • Proven ability to operate in high-pressure situations
  • Proven excellent customer service skills, business etiquette, able to adhere to professional standards

Nice To Haves

  • MBA, MHA, or related advanced degree from an accredited institution
  • PMP
  • Experience with EMR systems such as Epic
