About The Position

As a Manager at Vynamic, you will leverage your healthcare consulting expertise to drive transformative outcomes for clients across the health services ecosystem, including health systems, health plans, pharmacy organizations, and other care delivery stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in helping clients translate strategy into measurable impact—improving operational performance, advancing digital transformation, and enabling sustainable growth while supporting better patient and member outcomes. You will help shape strategic initiatives, manage complex projects, and cultivate meaningful client relationships that align with Vynamic’s mission and values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, economics, or a related field with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, health system transformation, payer strategy, healthcare operations, or related healthcare industry roles
  • Proven track record of managing collaborative teams or projects within dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience supporting healthcare transformation initiatives such as operational improvement, care delivery optimization, digital transformation, organizational change, or patient/member engagement strategies.
  • Strong understanding of relationship management principles, with a focus on fostering genuine connections across healthcare organizations and stakeholder groups.
  • Experience applying project management methodologies to oversee workstreams and complex initiatives.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences ranging from frontline operational teams to executive leadership.
  • Growth-oriented mindset, embracing challenges as opportunities for learning and personal development.

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver high-quality project outcomes that align with client objectives, leveraging healthcare transformation principles to improve operational efficiency, financial sustainability, patient/member engagement, and organizational performance.
  • Lead project plans or workstreams, proactively resolving issues, mitigating risks, and escalating concerns when necessary to ensure successful delivery across complex healthcare environments.
  • Systematically gather, analyze, and interpret operational, financial, and organizational data to develop actionable, data-driven recommendations that support healthcare transformation and measurable business impact.
  • Partner with clients to optimize care delivery models, accelerate digital transformation initiatives, improve organizational agility, and align people, process, and technology strategies to drive lasting change.
  • Dedicate time to enhancing Vynamic’s competencies by sharing healthcare industry insights, supporting practice development initiatives, and contributing to the firm’s knowledge base and brand.
  • Act as a Vynamic brand ambassador, demonstrating a strong commitment to company values both internally and externally.
  • Build authentic, trust-based relationships with stakeholders through partnership, effective communication, and delivering outcomes that exceed expectations across provider, payer, and pharmacy organizations.
  • Support team growth by identifying learning opportunities, mentoring colleagues, and integrating healthcare consulting best practices into daily operations to achieve collective goals.
  • Work closely with Navigators, Go-Tos, Account Managers, and self-selected Counselors to support personal and professional development journeys within Vynamic.
  • Proactively seek feedback, develop actionable personal growth plans, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Recognize and celebrate diverse perspectives, experiences, and cultures, ensuring all voices are heard and valued in decision-making processes.
