About The Position
Cavendish Farms is seeking a Manager, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) to lead health, safety, and environmental strategy across our farming, storage, and research operations. This role supports 9 sites in Canada (NB, NS, PEI) and 3 sites in the U.S., working closely with senior leaders to strengthen safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and prevent injury and loss.
Requirements
- Approximately 40% office / 60% site‑based
- ~60% travel required across Canada and the United States
- Exposure to outdoor and agricultural operating environments
Responsibilities
- Lead health, safety, and environmental strategy across farming, storage, and research operations.
- Support 9 sites in Canada and 3 sites in the U.S.
- Work closely with senior leaders to strengthen safety culture.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
- Prevent injury and loss.
