About The Position

The Manager, HCM (Associate Lifecycle) owns the HR technology portfolio supporting the associate lifecycle, including recruiting, learning, talent management, compliance, and related workforce processes. In partnership with the Director, HCM, this role establishes priorities and leads the delivery, integration and continuous improvement of Workday and supporting technologies. The Manager translates stakeholder needs into scalable, compliance solutions, leads and develops an HCM Analyst, and remains actively engaged in project delivery and operational improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 6 years of experience supporting enterprise HR technology platforms, including at least 5 years of Workday functional configuration and administration experience.
  • Experience leading HR technology projects and solution delivery efforts.
  • Experience directly leading or mentoring technical resources.
  • Strong understanding of associate lifecycle and talent management processes.
  • Advanced Workday configuration and business process knowledge.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
  • Strong analytical, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Core HCM, Recruiting, Learning, and Talent processes in large, multi-site organizations.
  • Experience with HR process improvement and change management.
  • Familiarity with UKG, ADP, and integrated HR technology environments.

Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Leadership: Own the Associate Lifecycle technology portfolio, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Learning, Talent Management, Compliance, and related processes. Partner with the Director, HCM to establish priorities and drive continuous improvement through automation, adoption, and process optimization.
  • Solution Delivery: Lead the delivery, support, and optimization of HR technology solutions across assigned areas. Ensure that systems, security, reporting, business processes, and downstream workflows are effective, scalable, and compliant. Provide leadership on complex operational issues and process improvements.
  • Business Partnership: Serve as the primary HR Technology partner for key stakeholders, translating business needs into technology solutions. Manage vendor relationships, service delivery, and application performance to support reliable and effective HR technology operations. Maintain cross-functional knowledge of HR technology applications and processes to support integrated solution delivery, effective collaboration, and operational continuity.
  • Project & Change Leadership: Lead workforce technology initiatives from implementation through adoption, ongoing enhancement, and sustained operational support. Support upgrades, release planning, and change management activities in assigned areas. Partner across the HCM team to deliver integrated workforce solutions.
  • People Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop assigned team members. Manage workload priorities, allocate resources, and manage delivery commitments across the team. Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and adherence to governance and quality standards.
