The Guest Services Manager is expected to provide the highest level of Member and Guest service at every point of contact through the use of communications, organizational and interpersonal skills. This position assists the Director of Operations and General Manager with responsibilities as well as supervises, directs, and leads the Front Desk and Night Auditor Teams to ensure the standard and quality of services offered meets or exceeds levels established by Hilton Grand Vacations.
