About The Position

ClickUp is hiring a Manager, GTM Talent Acquisition to lead a recruiter pod and help build the future of recruiting at an AI-native company. The role combines team leadership with hands-on recruiting: the manager carries a personal load of quota-carrying go-to-market roles from intake through close and owns hiring for a major part of the sales organization across multiple hiring managers and regions. The manager is expected to lead with an AI-forward working style, developing approaches that prepare recruiting for the future rather than simply extending current processes. Based in New England, the role will also help establish Boston as ClickUp's GTM talent hub by building a talent community and hosting in-person events. The manager partners closely with sales leaders and cross-functional teams, and owns pod reporting, forecasting, and pipeline accuracy.

Requirements

  • Deep experience hiring quota-carrying sales and GTM roles in high-growth SaaS, including high-complexity searches.
  • Experience leading or managing recruiters while carrying personal requisitions in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Daily use of AI at work and experience building agents, skills, and workflows that a team has adopted.
  • Ability to partner effectively with sales leaders and cross-functional partners, run a strong hiring process, and plan for future needs.
  • Strong data fluency, complex negotiation skills, expertise with pre-IPO equity, and meticulous ATS hygiene.

Nice To Haves

  • A strong GTM network, particularly in New England.
  • A track record of building talent communities or hosting events that generate recruiting pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of recruiters through one-on-ones, pipeline reviews, real-time feedback, performance and career conversations, and standards for quality, speed, partnership, and candidate experience.
  • Personally recruit quota-carrying GTM roles at every level, managing searches from intake through close.
  • Bring an AI-forward approach to recruiting and help the team develop and adopt solutions for the future of recruiting; share both successes and failures.
  • Build Boston's GTM talent hub by creating a talent community playbook and hosting dinners, meetups, and brand activations.
  • Partner proactively with sales leaders and cross-functional partners, offering guidance on talent, territories, and competitors and addressing hiring problems.
  • Own pod reporting and forecasting, understand funnel metrics, and maintain an accurate source of truth for the pod's pipeline.
