Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital media, platform planning, and buying, with a proven track record of thinking strategically to drive measurable business growth.
  • Advanced background in marketing strategy and data analytics (Google Analytics, Amplitude), with the ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives and actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Deep understanding of channel attribution models and a demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns based on ROI and Lifetime Value to acquire high-quality customers.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate cross-functional challenges and present performance results confidently to senior stakeholders and external partners.
  • Reliable self-starter with high attention to detail and the ability to take full ownership of complex, multi-channel projects from ideation through to completion.
  • Insatiable curiosity for emerging digital trends and a constant drive to learn and improve strategies within an evolving media landscape.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in Financial Services or retail/e-commerce partner marketing.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Ads, Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads, or DV360.
  • Technical skills in tagging and troubleshooting (Ad Ops).

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement growth strategies across all channels, including paid search, social media, referrals, Flexiti.com, and in-store.
  • Develop acquisition strategies tailored for merchant online platforms, ensuring Flexiti is prominently featured throughout the partner’s digital customer journey (e.g. product and financing pages, and checkout).
  • Lead the strategy for in-store acquisition materials, including POS signage, collateral, and QR-code-driven applications to capture customers at the physical point of sale.
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to produce best-in-class creative assets for both digital ads and physical retail locations.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of media campaigns, ensuring brand-building and lead-acquisition efforts are balanced to meet business KPIs.
  • Lead the end-to-end management of the performance marketing tool stack (including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and GA4), ensuring platform health, data integrity, and the full utilization of technical features to drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain campaign-level reporting and dashboards, translating complex data into actionable narratives and optimizations that drive ROI, LTV, and high-quality customer acquisition.
  • Identify high-priority audience segments and develop data-backed strategies to reach them effectively.
  • Lead the strategic planning and financial forecasting of the media budget, overseeing allocations and pivoting spend based on real-time channel performance and merchant-specific trends.
  • Support the development of tagging specifications and measurement frameworks to track the effectiveness of both digital and offline channels.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape, specifically within the BNPL and consumer financing space, to identify emerging trends.
  • Oversee the website experience, ensuring it is optimized for high conversion and seamlessly integrated with paid media traffic.
  • Identify test-and-learn initiatives to enhance the user experience and drive lead generation across Flexiti’s digital assets.
  • Act as a key strategic partner to the Analytics, Product, and Account Management teams to ensure acquisition goals align with broader business objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of acquisition initiatives, overseeing project timelines and campaign execution while providing regular updates to stakeholders on the tangible impact of these strategies.
  • Maintain and grow strong working relationships with external media and creative partners to ensure high-quality execution.
