This role serves as a day-to-day SME for operational and Medicare activities in support of the Director of Operations as well as the overall Market. Duties include, but are not limited to, assistance with the lifecycle of plans starting with ideation, to bid filing, to implementation and final readiness. Other duties include support of all regulatory and operational facets, in partnership with the national segment and/or local Market, to ensure timely and compliant rollout of all plans and benefits while also ensuring a seamless member experience.

Requirements

5+ year's experience working with Medicare, Medicare Advantage
Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and time management skill
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types
Proficiency with Microsoft business software and in navigating multiple systems
Strong analytical skills
Intermediate Excel
Comfortability with creating PowerPoint presentations

Nice To Haves

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Project management skills (certification not required)

Responsibilities
