About The Position

Formlabs is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager, Google Ads to drive global paid acquisition strategies. This is a hands-on performance marketing role focused on owning paid media within the Google ecosystem (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display). The individual will be responsible for running campaigns day-to-day, managing budgets, and optimizing spend for maximum efficiency. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and operational execution, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

3+ years in performance/growth marketing with a track record of measurable results managing large budgets
Deep hands-on experience managing paid media budgets in Google shopping Ads.
Strong analytical chops—you use data to decide, measure, and prioritize.
Comfort building forecasts, managing budgets, and explaining business impact to senior stakeholders.
Solid grasp of attribution, experimentation, and conversion optimization.
Thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a high degree of ownership.
Use AI tools fluently in your daily work, held to the same quality bar as your own.

Responsibilities

Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display)
Own channel budgets and forecasts; manage to CAC, ROAS, and efficiency targets
Allocate spend across markets, channels, and audiences to balance growth and efficiency
Work with Analytics on measurement, incrementally, and attribution—and turn the results into action
Constantly test new hypotheses, tactics, and partnerships that unlock scalable growth.
