About The Position

Our mission is to make cancer care better for patients, providers, and payers — improving outcomes through specialized behavioral health and supportive care, embedded within oncology care teams. A cancer diagnosis changes everything, not just a patient's physical health, and we exist to make sure their emotional needs are met alongside their treatment, not as an afterthought. We do this by partnering directly with oncology clinics and cancer centers and using the collaborative care model to bring mental health support into the room where cancer care already happens. That means patients get support earlier and more consistently and providers get a partner equipped to handle the mental health care their patients need. Our team consists of experienced healthcare operators and executives who have built and scaled partnerships across behavioral health, oncology, and value-based care. We're a fast-growing, early-stage company, and every new partnership moves us closer to making specialized behavioral health a standard part of cancer care.

The Manager of GTM Operations will serve as the execution hub across Sales and Partner Success. This person will own the revenue operations infrastructure, systems, reporting, processes, coordination, and administrative work that keep commercial priorities moving and give leaders a reliable view of the sales pipeline, partner activity, and ongoing results.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role will administer HubSpot, improve pipeline discipline, coordinate meetings and follow-through, maintain commercial materials, execute campaigns, coordinate conference participation, and build repeatable operating rhythms. The role will also support Partner Success with QBR preparation, partner requests, documentation, and related coordination.

This is an individual-contributor, Chicago-based hybrid role. It is designed for a hands-on builder who is equally comfortable improving a workflow, preparing a report, coordinating a partner meeting, and completing the detailed administrative work needed to move an opportunity or partnership forward.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, GTM operations, business operations, or a similarly hands-on cross-functional role.
• Experience personally administering and maintaining a CRM; direct HubSpot experience is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build practical reporting, workflows, documentation, and operating cadences in a lean or evolving environment.
• Strong project management skills and a track record of moving work from idea through completion across multiple internal and external contributors.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a willingness to own administrative and coordination work alongside process design and problem-solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the judgment to prepare clear, audience-appropriate materials for prospects, partners, and internal leaders.
• Ability to use data to surface insights, create accountability, and improve commercial and partner execution.
• A low-ego, resourceful, and collaborative working style, with comfort navigating ambiguity and changing priorities in an early-stage company.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project support across Sales and Partner Success, including meeting preparation, agendas, scheduling, documentation, follow-up tracking, proposals, contracting steps, partner requests, and other deliverables.
• Contribute to and maintain an organized library of sales and partner materials, including outreach assets, tailored presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and other collateral; coordinate updates with internal owners and design support
• Track follow-ups, proposals, contracting steps, partner requests, and deliverables so owners, deadlines, and next steps remain visible and work moves through completion.
• Own and administer HubSpot, including data integrity, contact research, pipeline stages, workflows, dashboards, distribution lists, and ongoing system maintenance; prepare weekly pipeline, activity, and performance reporting.
• Coordinate partner meetings and QBRs by organizing agendas and inputs, preparing materials, managing scheduling, documenting decisions, and tracking follow-through.
• Execute marketing and GTM campaigns through HubSpot, manage the marketing calendar and distribution process, and track performance; coordinate content with clinical subject-matter experts.
• Own press releases from drafting and review through approval and publication.
• Own conference planning and execution, including recommendations, registration, sponsorships, travel and shipping logistics, materials, outreach, post-event follow-up, and return-on-investment tracking.
• Identify process gaps and build simple, repeatable workflows across Sales and Partner Success that improve accountability, reduce manual effort, and scale with the organization.
