Toast is looking for a Manager of Go-Live Sales Coordinators whose primary goal is to hire, train, and lead Toast’s G0-Live Sales Coordinator team. These Sales Coordinators are responsible for supporting a backlog of business to help move customers through the post-sale, pre-onboarding journey including: collecting financial and business information from the customers, realigning projects with the onboarding team that have gone stale, working cross-departmentally with sales and onboarding and maximizing the volume of projects that move forward each month. This role will require close partnership with Sales Leadership and POS Onboarding Leadership. In this role, the Go-Live S/C Manager will be responsible for productivity, customer satisfaction, metrics analysis, performance management, and revenue of their team of Coordinators. This includes managing cross-functional relationships with POS Onboarding Consultants and Sales Leaders to find ways that drive the POS Onboarding team’s overall productivity and performance.
