About The Position

The Manager, Global Total Rewards leads the design, implementation, and ongoing management of global compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. This role oversees daily compensation operations that ensure total rewards strategies are competitive, equitable, cost-effective, and aligned with the business and global talent objectives. Driving short- and long-term strategic total rewards initiatives that attract, retain, and motivate talent for APAC, EMEA, LATAM and N.A. regions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), or similar certification.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits management, market trends, including global/multi country programs, preferably in a BPO space.
  • Experience working with benefits brokers, consultants, and vendors.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Region-specific leave management compliance.
  • 5+ years of experience in coaching employees, advising and guiding leaders.
  • Problem-solving abilities for resolving basic to complex matters
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention to detail skills, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) required.
  • Cultural awareness and global mindset to understand the external marketplace for all locations and the impact it has on sourcing strategies.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and employees.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple assignments and excel in a high volume, fast-paced, multinational organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CEBS) preferred.
  • 7+ years of financial analysis and reporting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage global total rewards frameworks, including base salary planning, annual incentive plans, and equity programs.
  • Lead compensation reviews that support the organization’s pay-for-performance strategy.
  • Oversee global market research, benchmarking and analysis to ensure total rewards strategy maintains competitive market position.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders on compensation decisions, job evaluations, and pay equity initiatives.
  • Review and approve Salary Increase Request Forms, (SIRF’s) for accuracy and adherence to compensation guidelines.
  • Partner with Workforce Management, Finance and Pricing on budget data and annual Statement of Work price builds.
  • Maintain policies and procedures related to global total rewards, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Lead the global benefits strategy, including health and welfare, leave management, retirement, time off, wellness, work life programs, and other employee perks.
  • Balance global consistency with regional customization to meet regulatory and cultural requirements ensuring benefits are competitive and compliant within local markets.
  • Promote employee wellbeing initiatives to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Manage and maximize relationships with vendors, global benefit providers, consultants and other external resources.
  • Evaluate emerging benefits trends and recommend enhancements based on workforce and business needs.
  • Lead benefits harmonization efforts during mergers, acquisitions, and organizational changes.
  • Support open enrollment, new program launches, and change initiatives.
  • Support global mobility programs including expatriate compensation and relocation policies.
  • Oversee visa/immigration requirements for global mobility.
  • Manage employee recognition programs that reinforce company culture and values.
  • Maintain compliance and governance frameworks for total rewards policies, tax regulations, reporting requirements and processes across all regions.
  • Support pay-equity analysis and reporting.
