Northrop Grumman’s Aeronautics Systems sector is currently hiring a Manager Global Supply Chain Programs 2 to join our GSC Program Team in the support of qualified, diverse individuals in the Development (Dev) Operational Unit. This position may be based primarily in El Segundo, CA; Palmdale, CA; Redondo Beach, CA; Rancho Bernardo, CA; Melbourne, FL; or Oklahoma City, OK. A hybrid work arrangement may be available; however, on-site presence will be required as business needs dictate. The position may also require up to 25% travel to supplier locations and other Northrop Grumman sites. The Global Supply Chain Program Manager (GSCPM) will have cost, schedule, and technical responsibility for a key program GSC effort in the Development Operating Unit. The GSCPM will lead the Supplier Management Teams (SMT), consisting of Engineering, Subcontracts, Business Management, and Quality to ensure successful execution of the supplier efforts. The primary objective will be the delivery of all contractual requirements on cost and on schedule, while achieving all technical requirements and creating customer intimacy to support value creation strategies and actions.
