About The Position

The Project Manager, Global Security, will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, execution, and tracking of cross-functional projects across the enterprise security portfolio. This role will help apply PMO standards, improve project visibility, manage timelines and deliverables, support risk and issue tracking, and translate project objectives into clear execution plans and measurable outcomes. Reporting to the PMO Director in Global Security, the role will support Global Security’s Data Management Program, new and enhanced project initiatives, mergers and acquisitions and divestiture activity, and performance enablement across the enterprise security function. The Project Manager will partner with global, regional, functional, and business stakeholders to support project charters, integrated plans, governance routines, status reporting, and adoption activities that enable consistent execution across regions and security disciplines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required in business, project management, security, risk management, data management, operations, technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4–7 years of experience in project management, PMO operations, business operations, security operations, risk management, data management, or related enterprise functions.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in a global, matrixed, regulated, or complex business environment.
  • Working knowledge of project management disciplines, including scope definition, schedule management, financial tracking, resource planning, risk and issue management, stakeholder engagement, governance, communications, and benefits realization.
  • Experience developing project charters, integrated project plans, status updates, dashboards, meeting materials, metrics, and decision-support materials.
  • Ability to synthesize information, identify execution risks, document decisions, and communicate clearly with project teams, functional partners, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority, manage competing priorities, and drive follow-through across global teams and functional partners.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, facilitation, problem-solving, and written communication skills.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and judgment when handling sensitive business, security, operational, vendor, or transaction-related information.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, Agile, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, PRINCE2, or comparable project management certification preferred.
  • Experience working within or closely with a formal PMO, enterprise transformation office, strategy office, operations excellence function, or portfolio management environment preferred.
  • Experience supporting corporate security, enterprise risk, investigations, intelligence, crisis management, site security, executive protection, travel security, or third-party risk programs preferred.
  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, integrations, separations, or large-scale business transformation initiatives preferred.
  • Familiarity with project portfolio management tools, collaboration platforms, workflow tools, dashboarding, reporting automation, Power BI or similar business intelligence solutions, and Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling tools preferred.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, performance metrics, management reporting, and business process improvement preferred.
  • Experience working in a regulated, global healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical technology, consumer health, or life sciences environment preferred.
  • Experience supporting vendor-related initiatives, service provider performance tracking, contract deliverables, third-party oversight processes, or supplier risk activities preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned Global Security projects from initiation through closure, including project planning, schedule development, deliverable tracking, risk and issue documentation, stakeholder coordination, and project closeout activities.
  • Apply established PMO standards, methodologies, tools, templates, governance processes, and delivery cadences to support consistent project execution across the Global Security portfolio.
  • Maintain project visibility by tracking status, milestones, risks, dependencies, resource needs, decision points, financial considerations, and expected business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, RAID logs, stakeholder maps, communications plans, meeting materials, and status updates that support transparent decision-making.
  • Support the PMO Director and program leads in advancing Global Security’s Data Management Program, including data governance activities, data quality improvement, reporting consistency, performance measures, and adoption of common processes.
  • Coordinate project workstreams for new and enhanced Global Security initiatives, including enterprise security capability improvements, technology-enabled processes, operational model enhancements, and global program implementation.
  • Support Global Security project activities related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, integrations, separations, and enterprise transformation by tracking requirements, due diligence inputs, transition plans, and Day 1 readiness actions.
  • Support third-party security oversight initiatives by documenting requirements, tracking vendor-related deliverables, monitoring project actions, and escalating risks or gaps requiring leadership attention.
  • Partner with business units, regional security leaders, functional Centers of Excellence, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, IT, Procurement, Facilities, Finance, and external partners to support cross-functional execution.
  • Support benefits realization and performance enablement by helping define measurable outcomes, key performance indicators, success criteria, and continuous improvement opportunities across assigned initiatives.
  • Prepare governance forum materials, steering committee updates, working session notes, and stakeholder communications to support timely decisions, alignment, prioritization, and accountability.
  • Identify barriers to execution, escalate risks and dependencies, and recommend mitigation actions to sustain project momentum and protect delivery commitments.
  • Support resource planning, capacity awareness, and prioritization discussions by maintaining accurate project information and highlighting execution constraints.
  • Support change management, communications, training, and adoption planning to help project outputs transition into sustainable Global Security operations.
