About The Position

The Global Sales Training Leader is responsible for defining and executing a global sales enablement strategy that ensures sales teams and partners can clearly, consistently, and confidently articulate differentiated product and solution value. This role focuses on translating business strategy, product innovation, and customer outcomes into compelling value propositions, messaging frameworks, and sales conversations that accelerate growth across all regions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 12+ years of experience in sales enablement, technical sales training, or commercial leadership roles

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, technical selling, and product lifecycle

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the global sales training strategy aligned to business growth priorities
  • Establish enterprise standards for sales capability, product knowledge, and field readiness
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Regional Leadership to ensure alignment of training to market needs
  • Translate sales strategy and product roadmap into structured learning programs that drive pipeline growth and conversion
  • Embed best‑in‑class sales methodologies and technical selling capabilities across the organization
  • Drive consistency in customer engagement, value articulation, and solution positioning
  • Lead development of training frameworks to strengthen product knowledge and application expertise
  • Ensure field teams are equipped to effectively position complex solutions with confidence and accuracy
  • Align closely with Product and Engineering to maintain current, differentiated training content
  • Oversee design and deployment of scalable, blended learning solutions (digital, instructor‑led, on‑the‑job)
  • Leverage platforms (e.g., LMS) to drive adoption, track completion, and enable continuous learning
  • Ensure global consistency with flexibility for regional market requirements
  • Define and monitor KPIs linking training effectiveness to business outcomes (revenue growth, win rates, time‑to‑productivity)
  • Drive continuous improvement through data‑driven insights and feedback loops
  • Establish clear accountability for capability development across regions and functions
