The Global Recruitment Marketing Manager drives the global recruitment marketing and employer brand strategy across NAMER, LATAM, Europe, and APJ. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with global reach, requiring a leader who can both set strategy and directly drive delivery across regions. This role is responsible for setting the vision, governance model, performance framework, and innovation roadmap for Talent Acquisition marketing worldwide. The leader partners with Regional Talent Acquisition leaders, HR, Corporate Communications, Digital Marketing, and external vendors to deliver scalable, data-driven campaigns that strengthen employer brand awareness, improve candidate experience, and increase qualified applicant pipelines. The role also oversees the global recruitment marketing ecosystem, including CRM integrations, job advertising platforms, paid media, AI-enabled workflows, analytics dashboards, and vendor relationships, while leading and developing recruitment marketing team members.
