About The Position

As the Manager, Global Product Marketing, MERCHANDISE AND PROMO, you will play a pivotal role in driving category growth and consumer engagement through strategic merchandise planning and promotional initiatives. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product and promotional strategy or related roles within the beauty or consumer packaged goods industry
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic merchandise and promotional initiatives to drive sales and profitability
  • Strong analytical skills is a must-have, with the ability to analyze business performance, market date, and consumer insights to translate into future decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Manage the development and execution of strategic merchandise plans for all global gifts, apparel and accessories, including pre-packaged beauty giftsets, saleable merch, GWPs, influencer gifting, etc., ensuring alignment with brand vision, consumer preferences, and market demands.
  • Develop and pitch compelling product strategy presentations and briefs to leadership and cross-functional partners to gain alignment on category vision and objectives.
  • Drive product development process for sets and merchandise from creative inception to delivery, ensuring all internal and external cross-functional milestones are met in order to deliver high-quality, brand-enhancing products on time, and within budget.
  • Constantly assess the latest market trends to inform disruptive innovation and growth opportunities within the category, applying consumer insights and competitive analysis to future development.
  • Monitor and analyze category performance metrics, translating and presenting actionable insights to drive business growth.
