The Manager, Global Payroll is responsible for the accurate and timely processing and delivery of payroll across multiple countries, ensuring payroll is completed in compliance with local laws and company policies. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll processing and delivery for a global workforce across multiple countries and entities, supporting a broad range of pay types, including salaried, hourly, commission, bonus, and equity-based compensation. This role supports day-to-day global payroll operations and works closely with a small team to ensure payroll is accurate, compliant, and well-controlled. The role includes processing payroll in Workday, ADP and coordinating with international payroll vendors. The role also includes responsibility for payroll-related aspects of equity compensation (e.g., RSUs and PSUs), ensuring accurate taxation and reporting. In addition to payroll, the role supports time and attendance, payroll-related audits, leave top-up payments, and payroll-related benefits and statutory programs in a lean, global environment.
