About the team: The team ensures precise payroll administration and compliance by conducting audits, tracking payroll metrics, and supporting sustainable training strategies. It plays a vital role in the Payroll Modernization Project and advances AI initiatives to enhance operational excellence. Collaborating across functions, the team resolves issues and implements process improvements. Utilizing data management and analysis, members drive efficiency and support organizational goals while maintaining high standards of service and integrity in all payroll-related activities. This team is committed to delivering accurate, timely payroll services aligned with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of payroll administration, including payroll systems and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong data management skills with an understanding of data hierarchies, metadata, and privacy requirements.
  • Experience driving operational excellence through root cause analysis and process improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as Kaizen and Six Sigma.
  • Demonstrated capability in stakeholder management and delivering high-quality service outcomes.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business issues and implement solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, information technology, or related area and 1 year's experience in business, human resources, information technology, or related area.
  • 3 years’ experience in business, human resources, information technology, or related area.
