Manager, Global Incentive Compensation

Salesforce•Indianapolis, IN

About The Position

The Manager, Global Incentive Compensation (GIC) turns GIC processes and decisions into clear, executable solutions, including requirements, process flows, and implementation plans. The role drives process and system improvements, aligns business and technical partners through releases, and owns user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation to ensure solutions are signed off, delivered on time, and usable by the business. The position provides project management support for compensation and systems initiatives by establishing plans, milestones, owners, and dependencies; running project cadence; tracking status, risks, and issues; and keeping delivery moving when priorities compete. It surfaces risks and dependencies early, manages sign-off, and communicates effectively with both technical teams and leadership. The role partners across GIC, DET/BT, SOX, and GTM teams.
