About The Position

Carlisle Construction Materials LLC seeks a full-time Manager, Global Cloud Solutions based in Carlisle, PA, responsible for overseeing and directing all cloud solutions and Cloud Services team members across the Carlisle enterprise. This includes designing and architecting current and future cloud technology decisions while actively contributing to the overall Global Infrastructure strategy; building relationships across business units and playing a key role in delivering business-critical services, with a strong emphasis on customer service, are central to the culture and responsibilities of this position; collaborating closely with the Global Data Center, Network, Systems, and IT Security teams to provide reliable, world-class services to Carlisle Companies Inc.; and ensuring all systems and services are aligned with disaster recovery objectives.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Technology Management, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, or related field and 5 years related experience.
  • Three years of experience overseeing and directing all cloud solutions and Cloud Services team members across an organization.
  • Five years of experience serving as the point person on Cloud Solutions team projects and working closely with PMs, business partners, and network team resources.
  • Five years of experience aligning technology with business needs to mitigate impact and drive high-quality change.
  • Five years of experience maintaining awareness of monitoring solutions and responding to events in a timely manner.
  • Working closely with IT Security to ensure infrastructure changes mitigate risks.
  • Two years of experience managing and deploying Copilot and other AI Technologies.
  • Experience gained before, during or after Master’s program.
  • Experience gained concurrently.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and prioritizing the daily workload, emphasizing critical incidents escalated by the service desk while ensuring projects meet timelines.
  • Serving as the point person on Cloud Solutions team projects and working closely with PMs, business partners, and network team resources.
  • Collaborating with the VMO, vendors, service providers, and contractors to support new and existing technologies while identifying cost-effective solutions.
  • Aligning technology with business needs to mitigate impact and drive high-quality change.
  • Maintaining awareness of monitoring solutions and responding to events in a timely manner.
  • Working closely with IT Security to ensure infrastructure changes mitigate risks.
  • Participating in change management discussions as an approver and contributor for all network changes.
  • Providing oversight of network architectural discussions and designs.
  • Performing leadership responsibilities, including developing talent, setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and interviewing candidates for open positions.
  • Supervising approximately 6 software administrators.
