About The Position

Key Responsibilities Program Delivery & Operations Serve as the delivery lead for benefits programs (considerable U.S. focus) that includes health & welfare, pension/retirement, insurance, wellbeing, and statutory programs. Translate benefits strategy into standardized, efficient delivery processes across countries and regions utilizing technical platforms Oversee day‑to‑day benefits delivery executed by the two‑person team; provide direction, coaching, and problem‑solving support. Ensure timely processing of benefits events such as new hires, life events, leaves of absence, and terminations for populations. Governance, Compliance & Risk Management Maintain strong benefits governance and quality controls across the markets. Ensure compliance with local laws, statutory requirements, and global benefits operating standards. Partner with Legal, Compliance, and regional HR to identify and mitigate risks in benefits delivery. Vendor & Partner Management Manage relationships with regional and global benefits vendors, brokers, and third‑party administrators. Ensure vendors meet SLAs partnering with Procurement, resolve escalations, and continuously refine service delivery processes. Support vendor selection, renewal cycles, and contract updates. Technology, Tools & Process Improvement Act as liaison with the IT Solutions teams to optimize benefit functionality for the regions. Identify and drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and efficiencies across all benefits processes. Develop and maintain standardized documentation, including operating procedures, governance frameworks, benefits calendars, and training materials. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting Provide regular reporting and program updates to the Benefits CoE & TRLT as required. Deliver clear, employee‑focused communications supporting benefits launches, renewals, and ongoing education. Support annual enrollment processes for countries requiring formal enrollment cycles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in benefits administration or service delivery, with substantial US or international benefits experience.
  • Experience managing people (direct or indirect), preferably in a global or regional HR environment.
  • Strong vendor management experience within international markets.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and process‑improvement capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across multiple geographies and cultures.
  • Solid understanding of non‑U.S. benefits landscapes, statutory requirements, and local regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience guiding small teams.
  • Strategic and operational thinking with the ability to streamline processes across diverse regions.
  • Excellent project and vendor management skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation capabilities.
  • Cultural awareness and ability to work effectively across time zones and international markets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Workday and HR technology platforms supporting international populations.
  • Certifications such as CEBS, GBA, or international equivalents are a plus.
  • Prior experience implementing or supporting global benefits harmonization or process‑standardization initiatives.
