Position Summary Reporting to the Director, Games Family Services Operations, the Manager, Games Family Staffing & Training is responsible for the full-cycle hiring of the Games Family Services (“GFS”) workforce, including paid staff and volunteers. They will lead the selection and training of all GFS paid staff and volunteers and will mentor, support, and supervise these individuals both prior to and during the Olympic and Paralympic Games. In addition, the Manager will assist in the development and application of all GFS plans, policies, procedures, and operations pertaining to the workforce. Finally, the Manager will work closely and collaboratively with all members of the venue teams to ensure the highest level of service for the client group, including IOC members, Dignitaries, International Federation Presidents and Secretaries General, National Olympic Committee leadership, and other key members of the Olympic Family.
