As the Manager of the Dealer Services team, the primary responsibilities include providing operational and client servicing support to the Fund’s intermediary partners and retail clients and the oversight of the Fund’s external transfer agent provider. This role involves managing trading across different account types, overseeing investor inquiries and statements for a large number of direct accounts, and driving day-to-day client interactions. The position also requires developing strong relationships with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of client requests and a superior client experience. Additionally, the role supports the US Intermediary Sales team, ensures adherence to fund prospectus requirements, monitors cash flows, and oversees the performance of external transfer agency providers. A key aspect of this role is leading new fund launches from a transfer agency perspective and managing industry reporting obligations. The role also emphasizes process improvement through the use of AI tools and automation to enhance data workflows, reporting, and reduce manual effort.
