Requirements

Over 10 years of progressive experience in private equity, public accounting, or alternative asset investment roles.
Strong skills in analysis, accounting, and administration for alternative investment funds.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Proven success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
Ability to deliver high-quality work with attention to detail, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines while ensuring exceptional client service.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Outlook, Excel, Word, and Investran.
Effective communication skills in collaborative environments.

Responsibilities

Manage client relationships independently, ensuring service quality and satisfaction across all deliverables.
Train and allocate tasks to fund accountants, overseeing daily, monthly, and annual responsibilities.
Ensure accurate reporting by preparing financial statements and maintaining books for clients with complex operations.
Oversee valuations and reconciliations, analyzing investment activity to meet deadlines for investor and financial reporting.
Collaborate with auditors and tax advisors, validating accounts and supporting year-end audits and tax returns.
