About The Position

The Manager, Fraud Data Product Management supports the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of Ally’s Fraud Data Plane (FDP), a governed operational data platform that centralizes reusable fraud data, generates fraud intelligence and recommendations, and distributes those capabilities to downstream decisioning, investigation, and business processes. This leader works across Fraud, Product, Data, Technology, Architecture, Analytics, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and downstream platform teams. The role calls for a collaborative, analytical product leader who can navigate ambiguity, influence senior stakeholders, manage a complex portfolio, and drive initiatives from intake and discovery through implementation, adoption, and value realization. This is an in-office role with a weekly hybrid schedule at Ally work locations in Charlotte, North Carolina, or Lewisville, Texas. Specific work requirements may change based on leader discretion or business need.
