A successful Manager brings strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills. The issues we help our clients with are complex and require sophisticated solutions to problems that threaten their competitive position and jeopardize their resources, strategy, brand, reputation, and/or financial standing. You will lead or serve as a Subject Matter Advisor on Crisis Management, Business Continuity, and risk related engagements. In this role, the Manager will leverage their experience in these disciplines, to deliver on engagements by leading and teaching a team of junior staff while managing and reporting to senior leaders. Managers also are expected to assist on internal practice initiatives as required. The Manager is accountable for ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget and delivering innovative and quality products which bring unparalleled value to our clients. The Manager is also responsible for mentoring, coaching and the professional development of junior staff and is able to adjust and connect with team members with varying levels of experience.
