Requirements

• Management experience in high volume institutional food production operation.
• Experience should include: management of production and inventory systems, menu, and staff development.
• Proficient in ACHA, The Joint Commission, HACCP, and Infection Control standards.
• 5 Years Management experience in high volume institutional food production operation.
• Experience should include: management of production and inventory systems, menu, and staff development.
