About The Position
The Clinical Partner Faculty member assists with didactic and skills instruction for Baptist Health South Florida Clinical Partner programs. The role presents Clinical Partner the Baptist Way lectures and collaborates with the Clinical Partner Coordinator to track students’ program progress, including certified nursing assistant licensure and retention. The faculty member prepares candidates for the Florida State licensure exam, serves as a subject matter expert, and mentors and advises students and novice Clinical Partners. The estimated salary range is $65,312.00–$86,864.96 per year, depending on experience.
Requirements
- Be a licensed or degreed healthcare professional, such as an RN or LPN.
- Hold Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Have three or more years of clinical bedside experience.
- Have exceptional organizational, professional, and interpersonal skills.
- Be proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Be a self-starter with professionalism, resourcefulness, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and with diverse populations.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
