Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum three years’ supervisory experience in hospital food and nutrition required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the scheduling, training, hiring, coaching, and development of all team members
  • Ensure that food is properly portioned, plates are attractively presented, and service meets established standards.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, infection control practices, and facility policies
  • Ensure that the team complies with safety regulations and adheres to all company policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the Registered Clinical Dietitian.
  • Performs all other related duties.
