They also participate in budget formulation, manage production and operating budgets, and develop site policies and procedures for production units. Key responsibilities include ensuring adherence to menu standards, coordinating medical nutrition therapy, and managing computerized menu systems. The role also encompasses human resources responsibilities for staff, including interviewing, selection, staff development, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution. The Manager must adhere to the Advocate Aurora Health Care Code of Ethical Conduct and ensure compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and laws.
