This role oversees Fleet Services operations across multiple fulfillment centers, ensuring efficient movement and management of client assets and event materials. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • A college certificate or degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Approximately 4–10 years of related experience, training, or a combination of both.
  • Experience leading supervisors and managing teams across multiple departments or operational units.
  • Previous experience with budget management, financial oversight, and P&L responsibilities.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operational needs.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and people-management skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • A customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • The ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Zoho or similar business management systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate Fleet Services operations across multiple fulfillment centers, ensuring consistent processes, operational efficiency, and service quality.
  • Lead, mentor, and support Fleet Services supervisors and their teams, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
  • Oversee staffing, hiring, training, work assignments, employee development, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and improve operational processes to support current business needs and future growth.
  • Create and manage annual operating budgets, maintain financial accountability, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and control costs.
  • Monitor and evaluate Fleet Services performance, identify areas for improvement, and report results to leadership.
  • Partner with Account Directors, Account Managers, Account Coordinators, and other internal teams to ensure client needs and project requirements are met.
  • Oversee the end-to-end fulfillment process, including fleet orders, work orders, quality checks, delivery and return tracking, inspections, issue resolution, and costing through invoicing.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and information flow between Fleet Services, internal departments, and external partners.
  • Utilize systems such as Customer Gateway, Zoho CRM, Event Express, and the Project System to support daily operations and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and applicable employment requirements.
  • Support other Fleet Services initiatives and responsibilities as needed.
