About The Position
Crowfoot Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM FIAT is looking for a Manager, Fixed Operations to lead, drive results, and elevate customer experience. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives on efficiency, team development, and delivering results to make a real impact. The role involves leading and motivating Service & Parts teams, coaching leaders, setting and achieving department goals, managing budgets and forecasting, building a culture of accountability and teamwork, presenting objectives to executive teams, identifying and implementing improvements, and building external partnerships.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ leadership experience in automotive service and/or parts (ag, heavy-duty, or truck/trailer considered)
- Proven ability to manage budgets, people, and performance metrics
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-first mindset and passion for the automotive industry
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate Service & Parts teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Coach and mentor Service & Parts leaders to drive employee engagement and customer satisfaction
- Set and achieve department goals tied to performance and growth
- Prepare and maintain budgets and forecasting alongside Department leaders
- Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Present objectives and progress to Executive and fellow Capital Automotive Group teams
- Identify opportunities and lead implementation to improve fixed operations departments
- Build and maintain positive relationships with manufacturer, vendors, and other external partnerships that support dealership operations
