The Manager of Financial Systems is responsible for the strategy, administration, support, enhancement, and continuous improvement of enterprise financial and administrative systems that support the utility’s business operations. This role oversees applications and integrations related to Enterprise Resource Optimization (ERO/ERP), Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, and Supply Chain functions. The position serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure systems are secure, reliable, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives. The Manager of Financial Systems leads application support efforts, manages vendors and system upgrades, supports business partners across the company, and drives technology and process optimization initiatives that improve operational efficiency, reporting content and speed as well as data integrity across the utility. This position may report directly to, or within, the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Chief Information Officer (CIO) or Chief Financial Officers organization.
