About The Position
Responsible for the preparation of SEC financial reporting. Assistance with technical accounting research and work alongside Director, SEC Financial Reporting, and Technical Accounting.
Requirements
- Accounting degree and CPA required.
- Accounting professional with 7 to 9 years of experience in public accounting under GAAP.
- Experience with general ledger systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, communication, and writing skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in financial reporting and/or technical accounting is a plus.
- Big 4 audit experience a plus.
- Experience with Oracle is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the Quarterly and Annual Reports on Form 10-Q/K.
- Prepare current reports on Form 8-K
- Manage communications with external auditors.
- Prepare the quarterly and annual Earnings Releases.
- Ensure timely identification and compliance with the latest accounting guidance.
- Assist in technical accounting research.
- Prepare journal entries related to equity accounting, intercompany eliminations, and other related financial reporting entries.
- Prepare flux analyses.
- Maintain procedures to comply with internal control requirements.
- Participate in other projects as required.
