About The Position

Mastercard is seeking a high-impact Manager, Corporate FP&A to join its global finance organization. This role will support enterprise-wide financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision-making. The position requires strong analytical rigor, business partnership, and the ability to translate complex financial insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in financial planning, forecasting, and performance management, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Proven ability to synthesize large data sets into clear insights and communicate effectively to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience building and managing financial models, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
  • Demonstrated capability in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, structure, and audit readiness.
  • Proactive, self-driven mindset with a track record of driving process improvements and delivering results.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

  • Lead core FP&A processes including annual planning, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning (LRP) for designated business areas.
  • Partner closely with business, regional finance, and corporate teams to deliver forward-looking insights and ensure alignment with enterprise strategy.
  • Drive financial performance analysis, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities across revenue, expenses, and margin.
  • Support executive reporting (CFO / Management Committee), including development of clear, concise, and actionable materials.
  • Enhance driver-based forecasting models and contribute to continuous improvement of planning tools, processes, and governance.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders by connecting financial outcomes to operational drivers and market dynamics.
  • Support investment analysis by evaluating financial returns, risks, and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and auditability across all reporting and planning outputs.
