About The Position

The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis leads financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis activities for the organization. This role develops financial insights, models, and reporting to support decision-making by Finance leadership and business partners. The Manager is responsible for overseeing analysts, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial reporting, and driving continuous improvement in FP&A processes. This position partners closely with senior leaders to monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support strategic and operational initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Finance, Accounting or related field
  • 7 years progressive experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Advanced financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills
  • Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate into actionable insights
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making and drive outcomes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and strategic perspective
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial planning tools/systems
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities
  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across functions

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across business units
  • Deliver variance analyses, financial models, dashboards, and actionable insights for leadership decision-making
  • Monitor financial performance, identify trends/risks, and drive KPI tracking aligned to organizational goals
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, and business leaders to support planning and operations
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness while reviewing team outputs
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across FP&A
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Financial Analysts, providing growth opportunities and strengthening team capability
