Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring two (2) Managers, Financial Planning & Analysis, on a permanent full-time basis within our Finance team. These positions are hybrid opportunities and are based in Saskatoon, SK. Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis.
• A Bachelor of Commerce degree, with a major in Finance or Accounting.
• Hold a professional designation (CPA/CFA/CBV).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner for an assigned business unit, providing strategic financial advice and supporting key operational and business decisions.
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes while helping business leaders identify opportunities to improve financial performance and achieve strategic objectives.
• Analyze financial results, trends, and key performance indicators to deliver actionable insights and recommendations that support earnings, cash flow, and capital decisions.
• Evaluate financial risks and opportunities, challenge assumptions, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop practical solutions that drive business performance.
• Review investment proposals, capital requests, and business cases to ensure sound financial analysis, governance, and alignment with organizational priorities.
• Foster a culture of financial accountability by strengthening financial processes, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and enhancing financial knowledge across the business.
