About The Position

The Manager Finance supports local ministry/entity leadership teams and may serve on local leadership committees as assigned. This role is responsible for financial analysis and modeling to evaluate the effectiveness of new programs and to propose recommendations for achieving financial goals and budgetary targets. Additionally, it provides financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and develops analytical reports to assist in enhancing process improvements and increasing efficiencies. The position may also serve as a resource to clinical service line leaders. Other responsibilities may include the development of financial plans, budgets, and support for month-end review of financial statements and other assistance as required. The Manager Finance manages appropriate finance staff. This position works Hybrid, with four days a week requiring work on-site. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related field, or equivalent education/experience.
  • 6 years Finance related supervisory role.
  • 4 years Leadership experience.
  • Must live within a commutable distance of Renton, WA, Irvine, CA, or Anaheim, CA.

  • FACHE certification upon hire.
