About The Position

The Manager, Finance is responsible for overseeing and managing financial aspects of the for assigned business unit(s), ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and accounting standards. This role involves budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support the organization's strategic goals. The Finance Manager works closely with senior management and department heads to develop financial strategies that optimize resources, improve cost-efficiency, and maximize financial sustainability. Requirements

Bachelor Level Degree (Required)
Finance/Accounting field of study preferred
5 years required Finance/Accounting experience
2 years Healthcare experience required
Hospital Finance experience strongly preferred
