Position Summary Leads finance operations and strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and support business growth. Partners with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, implement technology, and deliver scalable and compliant finance operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, accounts payable, or a related area.
3+ years of management experience.
Experience leading cross-functional projects, process improvement initiatives, finance transformations, or system implementations.
Proficiency with ERP systems, finance technologies, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Manages end-to-end accounts payable operations and supports the timely and accurate completion of period-close, financial reporting, and income-reporting activities.
Ensures established service levels, productivity targets, operational performance measures, and quality standards are achieved.
Establishes and maintains a strong control environment by promoting compliance with company policies, internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
Identifies, evaluates, and mitigates operational risks and implements improvements that strengthen process consistency, accountability, and operational performance.
Leads cross-functional strategic initiatives, finance transformation efforts, process improvements, and technology implementations from planning through delivery.
Uses data, reporting, and analytics to support decision-making, measure performance, and identify opportunities to improve finance operations.
Coordinates stakeholder communication, training, change management, and user adoption activities that support successful project and process implementation.
Builds and develops a high-performing team through coaching, performance management, succession planning, knowledge transfer, employee engagement, and professional development.
