About The Position
This role focuses on supporting worldwide distribution FP&A consolidation activities, including forecasts and budgets. The position involves consolidating regional financial submissions, performing variance analysis, and preparing executive-level presentations. The Manager will coordinate with various finance and operations teams, analyze financial performance, and provide business insights. Key responsibilities include supporting forecast cycles, planning deliverables, management reporting, and working with SAP, BPC, and EPM reporting systems. The role also assists with accounting compliance, financial transformation initiatives, and provides operational/analytical support during forecast periods. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and enhancement of dashboarding/reporting are also crucial aspects of this position.
Requirements
- 5+ years of FP&A or finance experience
- Strong experience with forecasting, budgeting, and consolidations
- Experience preparing executive financial presentations
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience working with large financial data sets
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
