About The Position

This is a temporary, hybrid role for a Manager, Finance focusing on Distribution FP&A and Global Forecasting. The position is for 4 months and requires 3 days a week onsite in Culver City, CA. The role involves leading FP&A consolidation activities, managing financial modeling, variance analysis, and forecast submissions. The successful candidate will prepare executive presentations, reporting packages, and ad hoc financial analyses, while coordinating forecast cycles with global and regional stakeholders. Key responsibilities include analyzing monthly operating results, developing dashboards, partnering with various teams to improve processes, maintaining FP&A systems, and supporting Home Office and Central forecasting initiatives. The role also entails leading bi-weekly forecasting coordination and reporting, driving process automation, and mentoring junior finance team members.

Responsibilities

  • Lead FP&A consolidation activities across quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans
  • Manage financial modeling, variance analysis, and forecast submissions
  • Prepare executive presentations, reporting packages, and ad hoc financial analyses
  • Coordinate forecast cycles with global and regional stakeholders
  • Analyze monthly operating results and forecast variances
  • Develop dashboards and reporting solutions for executive leadership
