Manager Field Quality Control
About The Position
The Field QC Manager will supervise and coordinate the daily inspection activities of inspection personnel. This role involves interfacing with the Owners Team for notification of inspections and technical issues, and supervising the oversight of Sub-Contractor activities. The Manager will implement the quality manual and Inspection Test Plan for Direct Hire Construction Activities and perform a review of Sub-Contractor Inspection Test Plans. This position manages quality activities for the quality control team, ensuring the team works accurately and effectively to produce a quality product that meets customer expectations. Key responsibilities include managing quality records, reviewing daily QC inspection reports and RFIs, and generating quality reports and NCRs.
