The Field Execution Manager will be responsible for driving the day to day execution for major national specialty retail accounts and the specialty retail portfolio in general. This individual plays a critical role in business analysis, project management, system account maintenance, and streamlining operations. The FEM will work with various bottlers across the US, learn first-hand from national account executives, and commercialize customer marketing programs. We are looking for the total package — someone who has high standards for quality, appreciates being part of a high performing team and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure that our bottling partners and customers get the best from Coca-Cola. Our ideal associate has aspirations to eventually work in the national account group, is detail-oriented, has a variety of Coca-Cola system experiences and thrives in a fast-paced environment and complex customer situations. Strong organization and communication skills required.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be located in Boston, MA or Atlanta, GA or willing to relocate at their own expense.
  • Basic understanding Bottler front-line operations and sales
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Presentation skills required
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Proficient in PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Margin Minder/Matrix, Black, SAP, SFTK, PLUS
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)
  • 3-5 years in sales, operations, sales support and/or account coordination preferred
  • Some travel required (10%) to support customer meetings, bottler meetings, trade shows, conventions, training, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with national account executives and customer marketing manager to deploy new customer availability programs and/or customer marketing initiatives
  • Ensure clear direction is communicated for internal and external resources
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for cross functional resources
  • Address customer opportunities in market
  • Conduct ongoing business analysis
  • Captain on identifying linkage opportunities
  • Take an active role and participate in franchise bottler commercialization calls
  • Align with NAOU franchise leadership teams
  • Build relationships with local area sales managers and key account directors
  • Utilize analytical thinking to problem solve volume discrepancies
  • Lead and collaborate with the customer, linkage, volume reporting group to resolve linkage/volume challenges
  • Lead cross functional support teams in generating system tools for customer stewardship
  • Completion of quarterly stewardship reviews
  • Void/penetration reporting
  • Work with channel and sales leadership to identify best in class (execution/tools)
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement with SME’s
