Manager, Facility Service
About The Position
Sentara Health is currently seeking a Manager, Facility Service at our Sentara Leigh Hospital in Norfolk, Virginia. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, supervision, coordination, and control of the activities of the plant operations and maintenance functions. These activities are necessary for maintaining the physical structures, HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, utilities, and grounds in an operative and safe working condition. The Manager will also coordinate quality customer service activities, purchasing, payroll, and budgeting processes. They will participate in the work activities of assigned teams by providing assistance, serving as a technical resource, and participating in the work as a member of the team. The position is responsible for coordinating the delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 4 years of Maintenance Management experience
- Valid and Current Driver’s License
Responsibilities
