About The Position

As Facility Controller, you'll own the facility's budgeting and forecasting while analyzing operations to drive cost, profit, and capital improvements. Continuous improvement is at the heart of the role-you'll simplify processes, reduce variation, and automate manual work to make finance faster, sharper, and more scalable. You'll also manage customer and product pricing and help shape overall plant strategy. Based in Tulsa, this position reports to the FP&A Senior Manager with dotted-line accountability to the Director of Operations. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the facility's budgeting and forecasting process, preparing supporting schedules, assumptions, and inputs.
  • Own customer and product pricing, building and maintaining pricing models, analyzing margins, and partnering with commercial teams to support quotes, deals, and profitability decisions.
  • Serve as a hands-on finance partner on the plant floor, developing deep knowledge of operations and every financial aspect of the facility to help shape overall business strategy.
  • Build and continuously improve the models, tools, dashboards, data definitions, workflows, automation, and reporting architecture that power the function.
  • Deliver monthly reporting packs, KPIs, variance analysis, and dashboards that keep leadership informed.
  • Go beyond the numbers to explain the "why": build variance bridges, run driver and root-cause analysis, diagnose performance gaps, and translate findings into clear actions-then track them through to measurable results.
  • Support capital allocation and investment decisions, providing the insight to show how individual choices fit within-and advance-the broader business strategy.
  • Tackle open-ended business questions, starting from a blank spreadsheet to build the models and analysis that inform high-stakes, high-level decisions.
