Northrop Grumman is seeking a talented Manager Facilities 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals to support our programs located in Falls Church, VA. The candidate selected for this role will be responsible for managing Corporate Facilities, Headquarters and team ensuring systems, tools, processes, training, and coordination for day-to-day operations. The selected candidate will lead and/or advise on briefings and meetings for internal level customers and stakeholders; act as an advisor to staff members to meet schedules and resolve operational problems and manage budgets for recurring and non-recurring Facilities expenditures. The candidate will work in a fast paced and demanding environment with direct top level executive customer engagement daily.
