About The Position

Reports to Director of Facilities and is responsible for supervising both Engineering and Maintenance staff. Coordinates the activity necessary for maintaining and repairing all buildings, equipment, and utility systems. Involved in all construction and remodel projects to ensure integrity of all the systems within the hospital. Maintains and oversees the preventative maintenance program to ensure that all equipment is satisfactorily maintained in order to maximize its life and dependability, as well as ensuring complete and accurate records. Requirements

• 3 years Supervisory experience
